1. Order Cancellation
Customers can get refund when product can be returned or exchanged (like 30, 60, or 90 days past purchase date).
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method with no cancellation charges.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Return:
Products are eligible for return within 7 to 14 days of delivery, depending on the product category.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.
Refunds are not applicable to:
Perishable goods
Customized or made-to-order items
Clearance or final sale items
Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect items only.
No exchanges allowed for size or color variations unless specified.
4. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a company error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), shipping is free.
For other returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
